In view of the important position of the main drainage pump house in the mine safety, a temperature monitoring system suitable for the main drainage pump house of the coal mine was designed. The system adopts the master-slave structure and is divided into two parts: the detection master station and the acquisition substation. The collection substation selects the digital temperature sensor MAX6577 to collect and process the temperature signals of ten measuring points in the drainage pumping room. The main station can detect the temperature data of the substation in real time, which can realize the functions of temperature display, over limit alarm, record storage and so on. The data transmission between the primary station and the substation uses the RS485 bus. The system has simple structure, small maintenance and high reliability, and has good promotion value.
Hardware design of the collection substation
The collecting sub-station mainly completes the temperature measurement of ten measuring points and communicates with the detecting main station to complete the transmission of temperature data. The substation CPU selects the STC12C2052 model MCU with on-chip resources and is fully compatible with the standard 8051 MCU. Since the measurement accuracy of the system is not high, and the temperature values ​​of the measuring points (the front and rear shafts of the main motor, the front and rear shafts of the reducer, and the hydraulic oil station) in the drainage pump room are all lower than 100 °C, the digital temperature with low power consumption is selected. The sensor MAX6577 is used as a temperature sensing sensor for each measuring point. The substation supplies power to the temperature sensors of each measuring point, and the output end of the sensor can generate temperature-related frequency values. After the sub-station is calculated, the temperature data of each measuring point can be obtained. The substation CPU completes the time-sharing acquisition of the ten-way temperature-frequency signals by controlling the 16-select 1 digital control analog switch chip CD4067. The power supply part of the substation uses the switching power supply voltage regulator chip LM2576-5.0 to convert the DC12V power supply into a DC5V power supply, which supplies power to the temperature sensor and the substation. At the same time, after isolating the DC5V power supply, it supplies power to the communication module. The circuit diagram of the acquisition substation is shown in Figure 3.

The application of the temperature monitoring system of the main drainage pump house in the coal mine site has improved the overall intelligence level of the coal mine testing instruments, reduced the workload of the on-site staff, and effectively reduced the safety accidents caused by the drainage system failure.
