In the past year, a total of 219 batches of 16 types of food, including moon cakes, puffed foods, bottled water, and drinking water, were checked, and 216 batches passed. The average qualification rate was 98.6%, which was 6.9 percentage points higher than in 2009, and the overall quality level was better. . Among them, the sampled moon cakes, puffed foods, tea drinks, green tea and other 13 types of products are of good quality and the passing rate is 100%. Samples of white wine, rice wine, wheat flour three kinds of products pass rate are also above 90%.

Last year, a total of 352 batches of 32 types of consumer goods, including toothbrushes, cosmetics, motor gasoline, knitted underwear, down jackets, etc., were checked and 318 batches passed, with an average pass rate of 90.3%. Among them, 21 samples of cosmetics, automobile gasoline, baby carriages, and travel shoes that were spot checked were of good quality and the passing rate was 100%. Spot checks of power tools, self-ballasted fluorescent lamps, and portable general lighting products were of poor quality, with pass rates of only 58.8%, 41.7%, and 40%. The major problems in spot-checking power tool products are that the creepage distances and clearances of six kinds of products do not meet the standard requirements, and the power connection and external cord of three kinds of products do not meet the standard requirements, and the mechanical strength of three kinds of products. Failed. The main problems in spot-checking self-ballasted fluorescent lamps are that the lamp power and luminous flux maintenance rate of three kinds of products are unqualified, and the safety and performance flags of four kinds of products are unqualified. Last year, a total of 470 batches of 35 types of industrial production materials such as permanent magnet DC motors, mechanical seals, and electric food processing machinery were spot-checked and 395 batches were qualified. The average qualification rate was 84%, which was 0.5 percentage points higher than that in 2009. Among them, the qualified rate of the permanent magnet direct current motor, mechanical seals, load cells, and general pressure gauges, etc., of the 11 categories of products examined was 100%. The general-purpose wire ropes and rolling bearings used for spot checks were of poor quality, and the pass rates were 79.6% and 66.7%, respectively. The main problems of the general-purpose steel wire ropes used for random inspections are the surface quality of wire ropes and the unsatisfactory center wire diameters of five types of products. The main problems in the random inspection of rolling bearing products are that the life reliability tests of four kinds of products are unqualified, and the leakage resistance index of a sealed bearing of one kind of product is unqualified.

In the past year, 95 batches of pesticides, plastic woven bags, combine harvesters, rotary cultivators, compound fertilizers, and submersible pumps have been spot-checked in 95 batches, and 90 batches have been qualified. The average qualification rate is 94.7%, which is higher than in 2009. 5.7 percentage points. Among them, the qualified rate of pesticides, plastic woven bags, and combine harvesters that were sampled was 100%. The qualified rate of spot-checked rotary cultivator and compound fertilizer products reached 90%, and the qualified rate of rotary cultivator products increased 16.9 percentage points from 2009.

Last year, a total of 330 batches of 26 types of architectural and decorative materials such as aluminum alloy building profiles, safety nets, synthetic resin emulsion interior wall coatings, and 290 batches of qualified products were checked. The average qualification rate was 87.9%, which was 0.6% lower than in 2009. . Among them, the sampled aluminum alloy building profiles, safety nets, synthetic resin emulsion interior wall coatings, magnesia carbon bricks and other 11 types of products are of good quality and the qualification rate is 100%. The quality of blockboards, PP-R pipes, and particleboards that were spot checked was poor, and the pass rates were only 78.1%, 50%, and 33.3%. The main problem with the blockboard products examined was that there were 4 products with unqualified transverse bending strength and 3 products with unqualified formaldehyde emission and moisture content. The main problem with the spot-checked PP-R pipe products was the unsatisfactory melting temperature of 9 products and the unqualified hydrostatic tests of 3 products. The major problem with particleboard products that have been spot checked is that the thickness expansion rate of the three products is not acceptable.

In 2010, a total of 29,873 batches of products were checked by the provincial product quality supervision and inspection and 28,560 batches were qualified.
