RFID card inlay is two or three PVC/PET layers laminated with embedded chip and antenna, it is also called chip material or pre lam (pre-laminating), it is a semi-finished product and core component of RFID card. Produced in the early stage of card production, RFID card inlay allows card factories to economically produce printed and personalized card easily and shorten production time.Â

1, Ultrasonic embedding copper antenna, reasonable COB design, guarantee high consistency, reliable performance.
2, Reliable spot welding guarantee very solid welding point, the pull force exceeds 80g, minimize the card mal-function rate
3, Brand new high quality PVC/PET material ensures the sturdiness, and easy to process,
4, Chip shelter processing and high temperature steel sheet laminating technique guarantee the flatness of the whole inlay, no bumps on the inlay.
