1. Project Content The bidding project is located at the north and south entrance and exit plaza of Fenghuang Mountain Scenic Spot in Zigui County, including various lamps and accessories.
2. Bidder qualification requirements
2.1 Manufacturers and suppliers who are registered in the People's Republic of China to obtain a business license, tax registration certificate, and civil liability independently, and who meet the business scope of the bidding project (production and sales of lamps) may participate in the bidding.
2.2 The legal representative is two or more legal persons of the same individual. Only one parent company, wholly-owned subsidiary and its holding company may participate in the bidding.
2.3 If the goods and services provided by the bidder are not produced or owned by the bidder, they must obtain the formal authorization letter and after-sales service commitment provided by the manufacturer or the technology owner for this project.
2.4 The manufacturer of the products submitted by the bidder must pass the ISO9001 quality management system certification and the ISO14001 environmental management system certification to provide an annual inspection qualification record.
2.5 Bidders have good financial status and business reputation, and provide the main performance certificates of the bidding products in the past three years.
2.6 The bidding products must provide the National Compulsory Product Certification (CCC) test report issued by the National Lighting Quality Supervision and Inspection Center, provide the inspection report of the light source issued by the National Electric Light Source Quality Supervision and Inspection Center, and provide the energy-saving certification issued by the China Quality Certification Center. The above certificate must be provided in full copy.
2.7 This tendering project does not allow joint bidding.
3. Acquisition of bidding documents
3.1 Anyone who intends to participate in the bidding, from January 13, 2010 to January 19, 2010 (excluding holidays), every day from 8 am to 12 am, from 2:30 pm to 5:30 pm in Zigui County The comprehensive bidding center (room 318 of the county administrative service center) holds the unit's introduction letter or legal person's power of attorney and the original ID card of the identity card and a copy of the purchase of the bidding documents.

4. Bid bond payment
4.1 Bid bond payment method: The bid security deposit is 30000.00 yuan, and the bid applicant will remit to the bank account designated in this announcement 3 days before the deadline for submitting the bid documents. The bid bond for the unsuccessful bidder shall be refunded within 5 days after the bidding unit and the winning bidder sign the contract. 5. Submission of bid documents

5.2 Bidders shall send the bid documents and relevant materials to the bid opening hall of Zigui County Comprehensive Bidding Center before the deadline for submission of bids. The bid documents that are delivered late or not delivered to the designated place shall not be accepted by the bidding procurement unit.
5.3 The time for the bidding procurement unit to receive the bidding documents and related materials is from 8:00 am to 9:00 am on February 1, 2010.

1 Fitting the steel structure: fitting it on the wall firmly
2 Attach the U-Tile frame to the structure firmly
3Lock the frame on the structure by screws
4Hanging the upper right hooks of the cabinet to the card slot of the right U-tile Frame.

Buckle the left position pins of the cabinet to the location holes of the left side of the U-tile frame
6 Aim at the screw holes for the front service installation, fitting 6 screws on the U-tile frame through the cabinet from the front.
(This is a procedure of front service, this cabinet support also available for back maintenance)
7 Then finished installation for one cabinet. The same as the next cabinet.
8 Cable Connection.
Connect the male-plug (with cable) of the next cabinet to the female-plug of its upper cabinet firmly.
9 Using the same mode to finish the rest connection (five-pins cable), then the installation work for a complete LED display is finished.
After-sale maintenance
1 The cabinet support single trip maintenance. If there any bad LED lamp or damage on single strip, you can remove the strip separately without take out the cabinet and control box.
2, Cabinet support front & back installation and maintenance. If there any problem on single cabinet, you can remove the cabinet from the front & back of the screen.
3 ,If there damages on the control box, you need remove the cabinet and open the cover of the power supply box to do repair & exchange work.
