Second, the use of two-wire proximity switches
The two-wire proximity switch is used as follows:
1. When connecting to the power supply, make sure that the proximity switch is connected to the power supply through the load first. If the switch is directly connected to the power supply, the internal components of the switch will be damaged.
2. When the load current is less than 3 mA, a false action will occur. This is a normal phenomenon. If a branch resistor is connected in parallel with the load to make the load current reach 3 mA or more, this phenomenon can be eliminated. The parallel resistance and power consumption are calculated as:

Where P is the power consumed by the branch resistor; IL is the load current (mA); t/s is the supply voltage (V).
3. AC two-wire proximity switches are usually not available for series connection. If such a connection is required, it is recommended to connect to the load via a relay.
Third, two-wire proximity switch precautions
When using two series proximity switches, the following points should be noted:
1. Regardless of whether the power supply voltage is AC110V or AC220V, if connected to the ON state, the load voltage should be equal to 20V.
2. If the voltage is lower than the operating voltage of the load, the load cannot be operated, so the load voltage must be determined first. When using a series proximity switch to the circuit, do not use more than three switches.
3. Under normal circumstances, more than two AC switches cannot be used in parallel circuits. If paralleling is required, a parallel relay can be used to connect the load.
