The TOPSwitch-JX Series TOP266EG is a cost-effective device that integrates a 725V power MOSFET, high voltage switch current source, multimode PWM control, oscillator, thermal shutdown circuitry, fault protection and other control circuitry. At 265 VAC, the no-load power consumption is less than 100 mW and the operating frequency is 132 kHz, which reduces the size of the transformer and the size of the power supply.
