The colony counter is a digital display type automatic bacteria testing instrument. It consists of counter, probe, counting pool, etc. The counter is designed with CMOS integrated circuit. How to use the colony counter

1. Plug the power plug into the 220V power socket. Insert the probe into the probe socket on the instrument.

2. Turn the power switch to the on, and the light in the counting pool is on. At the same time, the display window is bright, indicating that counting is allowed.

3. Place the bottom of the culture dish to be tested upward into the counting cell. Use a probe to count all the colonies one by one on the bottom of the dish. At this time, the colony is marked with a color, and the numbers in the display window are automatically accumulated.

4. Check carefully with a magnifying glass to confirm that the points are not missing, and the counting is completed.

5. The number in the display window is the number of colonies in the dish.

6. Remove the culture dish after recording the number. Press the reset button to display the recovery and prepare for the counting of another dish.
