Current type 4-20 signal output carbon dioxide sensor transmitter controller wall mounted installation instructions
â— When the wall is installed, the bottom box should be close to the wall and installed vertically. Keep away from cold, hot and humid sources.
â— When taking the cover of the mounting box, press firmly on the side of the buckle to pull it outward, or use a flat-blade screwdriver to gently twist at the buckle.
â— Pull the cable out of the bottom box hole and install the transmitter vertically on the standard electrical back box with the two M4*25 screws provided in the accessory (the back box is usually pre-buried in the wall).
â— Wire the cable according to the wiring diagram and install the top cover.
Pipeline installation instructions
â— It should be ensured that the direction of the airflow in the duct is consistent with the direction indicated by the upper cover.
â— Drill a hole with a diameter of 32mm and three diameters of 3mm on the pipe, put the gasket on the probe, insert the probe into the air duct, and then fasten the bottom box to the pipe with the provided 3 screws. on. Make sure all mounting holes are well sealed during installation.
â— Open the upper cover and connect the necessary wiring. After the wiring is taken out from the cable head, lock the cable head and finally install the upper cover.
â— Due to possible negative pressure, ambient air must be prevented from being drawn into the mounting box. Therefore, it is necessary to ensure the sealing of the upper cover and the bottom box, the sealing of the cable head and the bottom box, and the sealing of the lead and the cable head. This is the only way to ensure that air enters the mounting box is the probe. At the same time, the overall installation box can be sealed to IP65.

Precautions
â— Not suitable for use in high SO2 environments. â— In normal application environments, the accuracy of the technical description can only be achieved after the sensor has been in operation for at least 3 weeks. (Consider the effects of factory calibration and actual measurement gas error). â— Power off operation during installation and wiring. When using a 24VAC power supply, a separate transformer is recommended. When sharing a 24VAC transformer with equipment such as other controllers, transmitters or valve actuators, ensure that the polarity (24V and GND) connections are correct, otherwise unpredictable conditions may be caused and even damage to these devices.
Power Bank is a portable charger that can be carried by individuals and reserves power by itself. It is mainly used to charge consumer electronic products such as handheld mobile devices (such as wireless phones and laptops), especially when there is no external power supply. Its main components include: a battery for electrical energy storage, a circuit (DC-DC converter) to stabilize the output voltage, and most mobile power supplies come with a charger for charging as a built-in battery.
