In accordance with GB4004-83, JB/T7600.3-94 and DlN46395 standards, the product is made of common carbon steel Q235 (A3). The periphery of lateral plate adopts a hemming structure. Reinforcement plates are integrally attached to the outside of the lateral plate to strengthen the strength of the lateral plate. After forming by assembling and welding, the product, which is subjected to machine finishing and dynamic balance test, is characterized by high accuracy, high rigidity and stable operation at high speed. The product can be used for drawing-wire machine, strander, and high-speed aluminum and copper heavy rod drawing machine.
