Fourth, the method of use

1. Test the tested specimens in the standard atmosphere specified in GB6529.

2. Place the calibrated specimen on a stationary upper plate and clamp the specimen with a clamp at both ends of the plate. The abrasive is placed on a reciprocable lower plate and clamped at both ends of the plate with a clamp.

3. Place the upper plate on the lower plate to align the sample with the abrasive.

4. Apply a total of (6 ± 0.01) kg of the load to the upper plate including the weight of the upper plate.

5. Turn on the power switch and set the required wear cycle. The tester starts the wear test. The machine works at a frequency of 90 cycles per minute, grinding 750 cycles at the specified frequency, or until the sample wears through. If the sample is worn through before the specified period, the number of cycles during the wear of the sample and the wear of the sample shall be reported. If there is an abnormal situation in the middle, press the stop button to stop, and press the counter to clear the next test. key.

6. If the sample or abrasive slips in the clip, discard the sample, and test another piece after the wake-up adjustment. Replace the abrasive after each test and separately refer to the reference and wear samples according to CB/T3923.1. Stretching test.

7. Calculation and representation of the results:

Calculate the percentage of strength loss for each set of tests to the nearest 1%:

Calculate the average percent strength loss and its coefficient of variation for the five groups of samples.

8. Test report:

The test report should include the following:

a) the number of this standard;

b) identification of the sample (according to the provisions of GB14798);

d) average strong loss rate, %;

e) coefficient of variation of strong loss, %;

f) deviate from any details of this standard, such as the number of cycles, load, etc.;

5. After the test is completed, wipe the instrument clean for the next use.
