For the preservation of the kit, it mainly lies in the temperature, and the climate difference between north and south in China is large, and different storage methods of the kit are also formed.
First, all reagents in the unopened kit are stored as indicated on the reagent bottle label. Please note that after receiving the kit, please store the standard, test solution A, test solution B and 96-well plate at -20 °C as soon as possible.
Second, after the opening, after use, the remaining reagents of the kit should still be stored according to the temperature indicated on the label of the reagent bottle. After the opening, the enzyme label should be sealed and stored at -20 °C to avoid moisture.
Tips: The enzyme label in the kit can be disassembled and can be used in multiple times according to the experimental requirements; the remaining kit after use is recommended to be used within 1 month after the first experiment. The expiration date of the product is based on the label on the box, and all components are guaranteed to be stable during the warranty period.
