According to the “Notice on Continuing the Promotion and Application of New Energy Vehicles†issued by the Ministry of Finance and other four ministries in September 2013, the subsidy standard for the promotion and application of lithium battery pure electric vehicles is 500,000 yuan, and the fixed subsidies for ultracapacitor pure electric buses are subsidized.
