At the “two sessions” this year, Dong Mingzhu suggested that the government issue a mandatory policy for the recycling system and establish a public recycling platform for e-waste to form a recycling model that rewards and encourages the participation of all citizens and establishes and improves the recycling system; The electronic waste management department is responsible for the overall management of the recycling of waste household appliances and electronic products; and it clarifies the “recycling and disposal responsibilities” of electrical users by law.

Liu Xiaodong believes that if the relevant state departments do not take timely and effective measures, the recovery of used small household appliances cannot be effectively improved, and the status quo of recovery of small household appliances cannot be alleviated. Therefore, the relevant departments should introduce a recycling support policy as soon as possible to guide and encourage relevant enterprises to centralize the recycling of used small household appliances and dismantle them in a unified manner, so as to establish a complete network system and maximize the changes in the situation of the recycling of used small household appliances.
