Truck scale
As an electronic instrument, failure is inevitable. The key is to find out the fault. The simplest method is to use the simulator to detect whether the fault is on the instrument or on the body. The method is to insert the simulator into the meter. If the meter has a digital display, it indicates that the fault has come to the sub-body, and vice versa. The meter problem is best sent to the truck scale manufacturer for repair. If there is a problem with the platform, there are many reasons. Here I will briefly talk about several faults that the user can handle. First, let's see if the truck scale is in contact with the foundation. Secondly, let's see if the limit on the platform is stuck with the foundation. Then observe whether the foundation sinks. If the foundation sinks, it is more troublesome, or redo the foundation, so the cost is higher. The other is the pad steel plate, which can only barely adjust the scale to the level. Then open the polyline under the weighbridge, which is usually the junction box, to see if there is any water in it. If it is a digital truck scale junction box, it can be used later. If it is an analog junction box, it can only be changed. There is also a check to see if the line has been bitten by a mouse, and it is OK to disconnect it. The most important thing is to find the fault of the sensor.
There are mainly the following methods: 1. Put the weights on the eccentric load points of the weighing platform in turn. If the indication value on the eccentric load point is found to be incorrect, then put the weight on the eccentric load point and retest. Detect the damaged sensor, or disconnect the input end of a sensor. If the resistance is not energized, the resistance should be around 350Ω. 2. Check the resistance between the positive and negative excitations with a multimeter in the junction box. It is measured on the signal cable terminal leading to the meter in the junction box, and its resistance is approximately 400Ω/sensor number. Use a multimeter to measure the resistance between the positive and negative outputs of the total output with a resistance of approximately 2500 Ω. If the resistance is found to be incorrect, press Next to continue searching.
3. Disconnect the sensor one by one. Use the above method to measure the impedance between the positive and negative excitation terminals or the positive and negative output terminals to detect the damaged sensor. If there is no problem with this step, press the step to continue searching.
